Michael is probably best known as the creator of the website ImplementingScrum; that site includes over one hundred cartoons around the concept of “Chickens and Pigs” in Scrum (an agile framework).
He co-authored a book (with Scott Ambler) about the Enterprise Unified Process (2005), which addresses scaling software development teams across an organization (much like the current popular topic of scaling agile techniques within an enterprise). Michael travels internationally to provide consulting and training services.
Consulting and Training Services
Michael is a consultant and trainer who enjoys working with teams to help Focus and #deliver.
He has limited availability for a private consulting engagement with your organization. You can contact Michael directly to learn if working together would be a good match for both of us.
Mentoring services are delivered via AgileMentoring.com (with Ron Jeffries) and is available through an online group or via private one-on-one conversations (and face-to-face meetings). Michael schedules public certified Scrum training workshops in Richmond, Virginia and San Jose, Costa Rica on a regular basis; he is available for private training at your location.
