One-On-One Some people prefer more "one-on-one time" with me directly for mentoring on various topics. Based on where you live (or where I am at the time), we can do this either in person or via a tool like Zoom (so it's as close to face-to-face as possible).
You'll get some focused private time between your team and us along with the additional benefits of our individual online group discussions.
In Person & Remote (Blended) This is an extremely limited opportunity to work with me.
A typical engagement together usually starts like this:
We have a conversation. We then have more conversations with you team and someone high enough in your organization to authorize an engagement like this (think VP or C-level executive).
Don't worry... I'll work with you directly to help have the conversations "up" within your organization. Part of my job (as an external consultant) is to make you look awesome; so if I can't do that I may help you find an alternative that might be a better fit.
It's usually going to start with a minimum three month commitment to work together through the changes.
It requires me to be on-site with you -- along with the team(s) and leadership -- three days per month.
We will create a custom engagement which utilizes a combination of on-and-off-site consulting, training and mentoring to guide your team through a sustainable change (at a pace that works for you, your team and organization).
I am not interested in embedding into your team forever and I do not want to spend full time with you and your team.
Change happens from within... this means you are responsible for implementing the changes in your organization.
We work together to navigate through the [possibly] tough personal, team and organizational challenges ahead.
You need me to help you do this and learn to sustain the changes when I am no longer around.
