CSM - Verification

Thank you!

I have received the request to submit your credentials to the Scrum Alliance for processing.

Within the next hour, you should receive a verification e-mail that states I have received your request along with all of the information from this page as a reminder (you are welcome!).

What Next?

  1. A member of my team is currently being tasked with making sure your request is processed with the Scrum Alliance. Laura (my Operations Manager) usually batches up this work for completion on Tuesday or Thursday evenings. I want to make sure I set the correct expectations with you and appreciate your patience on this timing.
  2. Once Laura registers and pays the Scrum Alliance (you do not owe them any money at this time — the fees were included as part of the workshop), you will then get an e-mail from the Scrum Alliance (@scrumalliance.org) with instructions on setting up your account.
  3. After you set up your account with the Scrum Alliance, you will see an option to "Take the Certified ScrumMaster Test" on your dashboard.

You WILL NOT become certified until you pass this test.

The Scrum Alliance requires you to accept THEIR terms and conditions in order for me to complete your registration process with them.

I acknowledge that my Scrum Alliance Certified Trainer must send my name and contact information, including address and email, to Scrum Alliance, Inc. in order for me to be considered for Scrum certification and for my certification, if earned, to be awarded. I also acknowledge that my Scrum Alliance Certified Trainer must send my name and contact information to Scrum Alliance, Inc. to allow Scrum Alliance, Inc. to monitor attendance at courses, and that Scrum Alliance, Inc. has a legitimate business reason for obtaining and using this information.

________ (initial) I understand that Scrum Alliance, Inc. is based in the United States and have been informed that the European Commission has not determined that the United States ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data. I have been provided with a copy of Scrum Alliance, Inc.'s Privacy Policy and understand that it covers Scrum Alliance, Inc.'s processing of my Personal Data.
