How Does This Work And What's Included?

Let's keep it simple:

1. You pay for this service.
2. Once payment is received, I'll contact you via email to set context — which Scrum Event will be reviewed, what's your current accountability in this event, and what's the main problem you'd like me to keep an eye on for you.
3. You facilitate the Scrum Event and record it.
4. You send me the recording (and make sure I have the context I asked for).
5. I'll review the recorded event and make recommendations and suggestions for improvement based on your submitted context.
6. You implement the suggestions. Yep, that could be hard — that's one of the reasons you're paying me for the "outsider's view."

What's NOT Included?

This is pretty asynchronous, on purpose — it allows me to stay very neutral and make recommendations for improvement. I do not attend "live" (online or in-person) events using this service.
