Session 1: The Agile Advantage: A Leadership Perspective
Features a panel of state agency leaders including the Director of the Bureau of Administrative and Support Services at VSP and the CIO at DMV, who will explore how agencies can align leadership, teams, and stakeholders around a shared vision for Agile .
Session 2: Agile in Practice – Empowering Teams for Success
Feature a panel of Scrum Masters and an Agile coach (Michael Vizdos), discussing how Agile takes shape at the team level
