Here is what you’ll get:

  • It’s delivered online (unless you are in the Richmond, Virginia area).

  • The CSM is delivered in two 8 hour sessions or four 4 hour sessions. Flexible.

  • The ++ includes up to one hour ahead of time with the team (to set context) and then up to one hour after the training to help the team figure out, “What Now?”
