I love having conversations with my old friend and colleague Dave Prior (host of Drunken PM Radio). We’ve known each other for a long time and have spent lots of that time talking about what each of us are doing in the real world when Implementing Scrum and other Agile techniques in the real world.

While Dave and I have recorded a few episodes together over the past ten-plus years, this current episode is another point in time around what I am currently working on and passionate about today.
